‘XRP Community Is Tired’: Crypto Influencer Calls Out Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse Over Endless Partnerships and Lackluster XRP Price

Crypto influencer John Squire publicly criticized Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse on X shortly after Ripple announced a partnership with DriveWealth, a global brokerage infrastructure provider. Squire said XRP holders were weary of years of partnership announcements that had not produced tangible gains for the token. The DriveWealth collaboration is intended to expand digital asset services in payments, settlement, custody and institutional financing, starting in Europe before a U.S. rollout and using Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger. At $1.31, XRP was down about 5.1% over 24 hours and nearly 30% since the start of the year, after briefly reaching $1.70 in August.
