A GlobalPartner listing on Nov. 5 asked 6,942 guaraníes per USDT versus the BCP’s Nov. 4 reference of 6,144.02. The BCP announced on Nov. 3 that its board had unanimously voted the previous day to resolve Ueno, whose solvency ratio had fallen below half the required minimum; its 2.94 million customers, about 60% of Paraguay’s adult population, still could not access accounts. The BCP said on Nov. 4 it would begin advance depositor payments within 24 hours, capped at 228 million guaraníes per saver.
