Ethereum fell 16.06% in October, ending at $2,250 after touching a two-month low of $2,150 on October 30 following a large Binance hack. The decline came despite gains in the preceding three months and after a rejection near $2,800; September inflation data (CPI and PPI) also preceded a drop to $2,300 on October 15. Investors pulled $1.61 billion from Ethereum exchange-traded funds during October, the biggest monthly withdrawal since their inception and above the previous record of $1.42 billion set last November, reducing cumulative net inflows from $13.89 billion to $12.29 billion.
