On Nov. 4, crypto analyst Bren forecast that Bitcoin would return to its $56,000 bear-market low before starting a stronger recovery and could set a new all-time high in 2027. He was bearish because Bitcoin could not sustain a recovery after hitting $78,000 and said the correction was in its final stages. The call followed Democrats’ Nov. 3 midterm wins, projected at 255 House and 53 Senate seats; past midterms had mixed crypto effects, with Bitcoin down over 45% within 71 days of the 2014 vote and nearly 50% in 39 days after 2018’s, though trader Dealer.eth said those lows became cycle bottoms and BTC averaged a 54% gain over the next year. At press time Bitcoin was near $78,000.
