XRP withdrawals made up 55.75% of Binance’s seven-day deposit and withdrawal transactions on October 25 and 54.85% across centralized exchanges, analyst Amr Taha reported. Those transaction counts, within one percentage point of August 18 levels, show more transfers leaving exchanges but not necessarily more tokens. Binance’s XRP Sharpe-like ratio, a risk-adjusted return measure, fell to about -0.2641, a four-month low, while its whale-versus-retail outflow spread reached 49.5% on October 26 versus 29.7% across all exchanges, even as large holders sent $112.4 million of XRP to Binance. XRP traded at $1.29 before the Federal Reserve’s October 28 rate decision, with CME FedWatch pricing a 90.6% chance of a hold at 3.75% to 4.00% after September’s first 25-basis-point hike since July 2023.
