The XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup340 amendment, a package of small bug fixes, is projected to activate at 09:34 UTC on October 23 if validator support stays above 80% through the 14-day voting period. It had 29 affirmative votes from 35 trusted validators on October 19, after reaching that majority on October 9; votes are tallied at flag ledgers about every 16.5 minutes. The lending protocol remains unapproved: Lending Protocol and LendingProtocolV11 each have 19 votes, about 54.29%, and the Single Asset Vault has 21, needing at least eight more to reach the 29-vote majority. Its documentation describes fixed-term, uncollateralized loans funded by depositors through a broker-managed Single Vault, with off-chain credit checks and no automated on-chain collateral or liquidation.
