Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, was hit by a $6.3 billion hack, the week’s largest crypto development; the breach set off roughly $1.5 billion of forced liquidations, mostly bets that prices would rise, and the sector’s total market value fell 3.6% over 24 hours to about $2.68 trillion.
