Uniswap Sees Biggest Wallet Surge in 4 Years. Will UNI Rally?

Uniswap’s UNI token fell 25.75% over the past month to $6.93 even as Santiment recorded 2,295 new UNI wallets in one day, the fastest network growth since November 2022. Santiment, an on-chain data firm, counts first-time addresses interacting with UNI and linked the influx to Uniswap v4 features, wider liquidity routing and work on Unichain, Uniswap’s layer-2 network. DefiLlama data shows Uniswap v4 holds about $1.44 billion in total value locked, up roughly 17% over the past month, while UNI was down 3.82% in 24 hours. Santiment said holding $7 while network growth stays above its recent baseline would favor another test of $8, but losing $7 with fading wallet creation would suggest short-term excitement rather than sustained adoption.
