Trending Privacy Coins XMR, VVV, and PHA on the Run: Can They Keep Pumping?

Over the past week, privacy-focused cryptocurrencies Monero (XMR), Venice Token (VVV), and PHALA (PHA) posted gains while Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP declined. XMR rose above $620 before trading at about $598. VVV gained about 12% and traded near $25.70, with a market capitalization above $1.25 billion and a rank of 71st among cryptocurrencies. PHA gained roughly 5% to about $0.056 after briefly exceeding $0.06. Doctor Profit warned that XMR’s open interest, or outstanding derivative positions tied to the coin, had reached a historic high and noted that a similar increase had previously preceded a 66% drop in 20 days.
