Anthropic made its IPO filing public on Monday, reporting an $80.7 billion net loss for the first six months of 2026 on $16.3 billion in revenue against $17 billion in operating expenses. A $72.4 billion charge tied to convertible notes, derivative liabilities and simple agreements for future equity, which are marked to market and rise with valuation, drove most of the loss. The company confidentially filed for a US listing in June, applied to list Class A shares on Nasdaq under ANT, and named Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as lead underwriters. Its seven co-founders, including CEO Dario Amodei and President Daniela Amodei, will hold a Class F share carrying 50.1% of voting power on most matters.
