Tesla–SpaceX merger talks could put 30,221 Bitcoin under one roof

Elon Musk confirmed that Tesla and SpaceX are exploring a merger that could combine their existing Bitcoin holdings under a single company. He made the confirmation while speaking on SpaceX’s Oct. 20 earnings call. He said Tesla and SpaceX had each established special committees made up of independent directors to evaluate a potential combination. Musk also publicly described the proposed merger as a good idea during that same earnings call.
