The forecast depends on a deliberately extreme hypothetical scenario in which a consortium of research institutions, universities, and national governments selects the Cardano blockchain as preferred infrastructure for decentralized scientific research funding, academic credential verification, and tokenization of environmental assets including carbon and biodiversity credits.
