Important Pi Network News and PI Price Update

Pi Network has scheduled its first online Ecosystem Summit for Nov. 17-19, with the team planning platform announcements, developer demonstrations, dApp showcases and discussions between developers and its Core Team. The project also said protocol v28 was set to deploy on Oct. 16, though the team had not confirmed it; an X user said the upgrade would give the network technical capacity for smart contracts and public decentralized applications. Earlier this month, Pi Network launched Pi Desktop version 0.6.4 for remote access to SoloHost applications and partnered with Open Standard, the company behind the new OUSD stablecoin. Its token, PI, rose 3% in 24 hours to nearly $0.08.
