At TOKEN2049 in Singapore, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson predicted in a fireside chat with Ana Tutova, founder of AI Crypto Minds, that Bitcoin would reach $250,000 within 24 months. He argued that artificial intelligence agents could generate new cryptocurrency demand by needing digital assets to transact and pay for services, with stablecoins potentially providing financial infrastructure; he also urged the industry to focus on real-world applications rather than price speculation. Hoskinson acknowledged crypto remains complicated for mainstream use and that public transactions raise privacy barriers. At press time, Bitcoin traded at $80,550, up 4.14% in 24 hours, while crypto analytics platform Santiment reported about 30,000 non-empty wallets lost since October 16.
