Hyperliquid says Kraken parent Payward to be first CFTC-regulated HIP-3 deployer

Hyperliquid plans to designate Payward, the parent company of the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange, as the first CFTC-regulated deployer of its HIP-3 product, a step toward regulated U.S. perpetual futures.
