FBI blames North Korea for $6 billion Binance hack, urges THORChain to block stolen funds

The US Federal Bureau of Investigation has blamed North Korea’s TraderTraitor operation for stealing more than $6 billion from Binance. In a security alert dated October 31, the FBI attributed an October 29 attack to North Korean cyber actors. The alert was issued two days after the attack and gave official US government confirmation of those responsible. The FBI described the theft as one of the largest cryptocurrency thefts in history.
