Ethereum rose 7.35% to $2,442 intraday at 15:21 UTC on Nov. 4, up $167 on the day and below a session high of $2,450. The advance carried the token through its 100-day simple moving average, a 100-day average price, and left it just under a resistance band formed by the 0.236 Fibonacci retracement near $2,497 and the 50-day simple moving average at $2,509, $12 apart. A Nov. 1 analysis had identified the zone between the 0.382 retracement near $2,307 and the 100-day average as the first test after Ethereum fell toward the 0.500 level near $2,154. Whether the move above the 100-day average counts as a daily reclaim depends on the daily close.
