Coinbase Wallet launched a loyalty rewards program on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, returning up to 50% of eligible trading costs as USDC. Rebates are calculated from rolling 30-day trading volume and paid weekly in USDC, with rates of 15% starting at $5,000, 30% at $25,000, 40% at $100,000, and up to 50% starting at $500,000. The rebate applies to fees rather than transaction value, so a $500,000 trade does not generate a $250,000 reward. The program follows Coinbase’s September rebrand of Base App as Coinbase Wallet and a focus on trading, including perpetual futures, prediction markets, and tokenized stocks; Coinbase reported a record 10.3% share of global crypto trading in the second quarter.
