ARK bought 64,208 Coinbase shares and 110,551 Circle shares across Oct. 30 and Nov. 2, 2026, while selling 342,545 Bullish shares over the same two sessions; the trades span its ARKK, ARKW and ARKF funds. ARK describes its trade notices as unofficial and unreconciled, excluding ETF creation and redemption activity and offering transactions, with no execution prices. The purchases came as Coinbase had already reported third-quarter results, while Circle was due to report Nov. 4 and Bullish Nov. 18. Circle earns nearly all revenue from USDC reserves, and Coinbase reported stablecoin revenue of $306.9 million.
