Bitwise, Hyperliquid seek SEC rule changes for token trading, airdrops

As the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s public comment period ends, Bitwise and Hyperliquid are asking the agency to spell out how crypto assets should be classified and how secondary-market trading should be handled.
