Bitcoin ETF Outflows Hit $430M as Hong Kong Expands Its BTC Market

US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $430.2 million in net outflows on November 5, led by Fidelity’s FBTC at $199.9 million and BlackRock’s IBIT at $105 million. The withdrawals pushed November’s cumulative outflows to $869.8 million across four trading sessions. Hong Kong, by contrast, has four spot Bitcoin ETFs; three launched on April 30, 2024, and MicroBit joined in August 2025. Its private banking and wealth management assets reached HK$12.9 trillion ($1.65 trillion) in 2025, up 24%, while net fund inflows rose 79%.
