Binance’s XRP whale net flow, a measure of large-holder flows, hit -226 million units on October 29, 2.72 times the -83 million recorded in September 2022. As a security breach unfolded that day, CryptoQuant flagged 283 million XRP in large-transfer outflows; TRM Labs traced 233.46 million XRP from five Binance wallets to an attacker-controlled address, while Elliptic reported roughly 233 million XRP in related transfers.
