Binance uncovers more breach points in $6 billion hack

Binance said investigators uncovered additional breach points in an approximately $6 billion hack after the exchange initially suspected that a compromised employee laptop was involved. Binance has not disclosed what those additional breach points were. In an earlier security update dated Oct. 30, the exchange said its preliminary investigation had identified a potentially compromised laptop belonging to a DevOps engineer, and that the device may have allowed the breach to occur.
