Anthropic ships Claude Enterprise cost tools as AI ROI doubts persist

Smart reports, in beta since September 10, let administrators analyze sampled transcripts to show tasks, output and usage costs at standard pricing; each organization gets 10 free reports monthly, and the feature is disabled by default and intended to guide investment decisions, not evaluate employees. In-app surveys ask workers what Claude helped them achieve and how it affected their time, while pooled group budgets combine a shared team spending limit with individual employee limits and send alerts at 50%, 75%, 95% and 100%.
