Accenture puts its $1.5 billion China unit under review after unsolicited approaches

Accenture has reportedly hired JPMorgan to review its Greater China business after receiving unsolicited approaches over the past year; people familiar cited by the Financial Times said the unit could be valued at up to $1.5 billion.
